Kevin Offel is a highly accomplished executive with a remarkable track record of leadership and success in various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Chairman of Great Lakes Dental Partners (GLDP), Kevin brings a wealth of expertise and strategic vision to this role. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of GLDP, further demonstrating his commitment to driving organizational excellence.
Throughout his career, Kevin has held key leadership positions in several healthcare services companies. Most recently, he led the successful exit of Centennial Hospice to Traditions Health, a Dorilton Capital portfolio company providing home health and hospice services to 5,000 patients in 14 states. Prior to Centennial, Mr. Offel served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Heart to Heart Hospice, a multi-state growth-equity-backed hospice services provider based in Texas. In this capacity, Kevin played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission and ensuring the highest quality of palliative care for patients with advanced, life-limiting illnesses.
Kevin’s career also includes his tenure as President and CEO of My Dentist, a growth-equity-backed dental care network. Under his guidance, My Dentist experienced substantial growth and achieved remarkable milestones. Kevin played a pivotal role in overseeing the successful sale of My Dentist to Heartland Dental in 2013. Prior to his work with My Dentist, Kevin served as Executive Vice President of Operations at MDVIP, an industry leader in concierge medicine, as well as Vice President of Operations at CareCore National, a provider of comprehensive benefit utilization management for payors.
Before beginning his career as a healthcare executive, Kevin served as an Army Aviation Officer and Blackhawk helicopter pilot. His dedication to service extended beyond the military, as he currently serves as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (CASA) for Oklahoma and a Commissioner for the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs (ODVA), demonstrating his ongoing commitment to the nation. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, further enhancing his business acumen and strategic entrepreneurial capabilities.
