Peter Roehmholdt
Chief Executive Officer
Peter Roehmholdt brings years of dental and healthcare experience to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Great Lakes Dental Partners (GLDP). Prior to this position, Peter served as the Chief Financial Officer of GLDP, preceded by three years at Shore Capital Partners as a Senior Director, working with healthcare management teams to improve their operational and financial performance and prepare for growth.
Sarah Velasco
VP of Clinical Services
Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry and brings more than 17 years of experience to GLDP, both as a practicing Hygienist and as a seasoned Director of Dental Hygiene.
Leanne Wypych
Senior Vice President, Operations
Leanne Wypych joins GLDP’s leadership team with nearly 20 years of multi-site dental operations experience, including growing the general and specialty dentistry practices at Manus Dental. She has top to bottom field experience; from the front desk all the way to executive level management. Her experience combined with her education has allowed her to build great teams and accomplish goals in all aspects of operations.

Carrington Morgan serves as GLDP’s people centric Senior Director of Human Capital Management. Joining the organization in 2019 with over 10 years of progressive leadership in all HR disciplines, her main focus has been implementing optimal systems to achieve operational excellence. Proven to be a trusted business partner, Carrington, leads the organization in best-in-class talent acquisition and retention, compliance management, and strategic people operations.

Donna Ramadan joins Great Lakes Dental Partners as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and Compliance. Donna has more than 30 years of healthcare experience on the hospital and medical group side.

Business Intelligence Manager
Joe Palko joins GLDP’s leadership team with over 10 years of analytics and data management experience. His career has ranged from the military, telecommunications, manufacturing, fabric, and home care. Joe’s extensive experience in data warehouse and visualization software has made him an expert in managing our companies’ data space and analytics suite of reports.
